获2012年度中国纺织工业联合会科学技术奖一等奖、2013年度国家科技进步奖二等奖、2013年度中国石油和化工协会科技进步一等奖、2013年江苏省科技进步一等奖;授权美国发明专利2项,中国发明专利37项,实用新型专利4项,获省优秀专利奖1项。2014年国家技术发明奖二等奖。
曾获得江苏省高校科技先进个人、江苏省劳动模范、江苏省优秀共产党员、苏州市劳动模范、苏州市十佳女杰、苏州大学陆氏科研奖、首批中青年学术骨干、省突出贡献专家、省青兰工程优秀中青年骨干教师、高校科技先进个人、省跨世纪学术带头人等奖项。
