研究方向
主要研究领域为生物医用高分子材料的研究。针对人类面临的健康问题,以现代物理及生物学技术为指导,主要运用自组装等非传统的制备技术,设计制备具有特定生物医学应用前景的高分子材料,如高分子自组装薄膜、自组装微胶囊、微凝胶、水凝胶等高分子生物材料。目前的主要研究课题有:
(1)葡萄糖敏感微凝胶/层层自组装膜的设计、制备及其在胰岛素可控释放与葡萄糖传感器领域的应用。其中葡萄糖敏感微凝胶的研究获得了国家自然科学基金的资助。
(2)新型聚合胶态晶体(生物)传感器的研究。本项研究获得了国家自然科学基金的资助。
(3)温度敏感微凝胶溶液的实时胶凝及其用于可注射三维细胞支架材料的研究。本项研究获得了国家科技部国际科技合作项目的资助。
