Carbonnanotubespossessthecylindricalseamlessgraphemestructurewithuniquemechanical,electronic,andopticalproperties,andconsequentlypotentialapplicationsinvariousfields.Solvothermalmethodisanefficientmethodtopreparecompositesinnano-scale.Inthiswork,themultiwalledcarbonnanotubesweremodifiedbyindiumtinoxide(ab.ITO)particlesthroughsolvothermalreactionandcalcinationtreatment.ThepreparedsampleswerecharacterizedbymeansofX-raydiffraction,transmissionelectronmicroscope(TEM)andhighresolutiontransmissionelectronmicroscope(HRTEM).
