AnewcompositegelcomprisedofSiO2nanoparticlesandbacterialcellulose(BC)waspreparedbyinsitusynthesismethod.Theobtainedgelwasusedasthecompositegelpolymerelectrolyte(CGPE)afterincorporatedwithLicompound.ThestructuralandelectrochemicalpropertiesofCGPEwerecharacterizedbyavarietyoftechniquessuchasSEM,FTIR,tensiletest,Alternatecurrentimpedanceandlinearsweepvoltammetry.Thepresentcompositegelpolymerelectrolyteexhibitsseveraladvantageouselectrochemicalpropertiessuchasionicconductivityupto7.3×103S/cmandelectrochemicalstabilityupto5.3Vvs.Li/Li+.
