Aseriesofnacre-likepolypropylene/montmorillonite(PP/MMT)nanocompositeswithexcellentmechanicalperformancespreparedbypressure-induced-flowprocessing(PIF-processing)werestudied.ResultsshowedthatafterPIF-processingthematerialsexhibitedmarkedlyboostedimpactstrengthandtensilestrength,whichcouldhardlybeachievedbyotherprocessingmethods.
