Nanoporetechnologyassuchanemergingresearchareaattractsmostattentionsofscientistsandchemistsrecently.Thesenanoporesaresuccessfullyusedassensorstomonitorioncurrentsandforcesviadifferentelectrochemistrysystems,whichwereknownasioncurrentrectification(ICR)and/orresistivepulse[l].Alsotheycanbeusedasamediumtoexaminethesignalsofbiologicalprocesses,suchassinglemoleculesdetection[2l.DNAsegmentssequencingdetection[3-4].Herein.wehaveshownanewclassofcreativeideathatresearchontheformationofliposomesbasedonglass-basednanopores.Thesizeandshapeofthenanoporeswerecharacterizedbyopticalmicroscopy,scanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM)withanopeningdiameterinthetipofnanoporeabout200nm.Theelectrochemicalcharacteristicsofthenanoporeswerecharacterizedbylinearsweepvoltammetry(LSV)with0.Imol/LKClsolutioninsideandoutsidethepore.Furthermore.wehavedemonstratedtheeffectsofpH,electrolyte,solutionconcentration,orappliedvoltageonthesizeandtheshapeofliposomesduringformation.Inaddition.wetrytodescribethedynamicsoftheliposomesformationthroughnanopores,whichwasdifferentfromtraditionalformationofliposomesonthesurfacesofthesubstrates[5l.
