尼龙1212是一类高性能的高分子材料,具有良好的物理、化学和机械性能。其晶胞参数已有报道1:α晶型: a = 0.49nm, b= 0.52nm, c = 3.23nm, α = 50°, β = 77° , γ = 64°;和 β晶型: a = 0.49nm, b = 0.802nm, c = 3.23nm , α = 90°, β = 77° , γ = 67°。本文采用作图法2,将尼龙1212衍射曲线分解为结晶及非晶部分,来计算尼龙1212(α晶型)的结晶度。
利用此方法计算结晶度可按下式计算:

The degree of crystallinity of nylon 1212, which isothermally crystallized at different temperature, was determined by WAXD. Based on the X-ray scattering intensity theory, the correction factors for three crystalline peaks and an amorphous peak of nylon 1212 were calculated and the formula of degree of crystallinity of nylon 1212 was derived by graphic multipeak resolution method. |
