Theprocess-inducedresidualstressforlaminatedcompositewithmetallicplateisinvestigatedbynumericalsimulationduringthecuringprocess.Atwodimensionalfiniteelementmodelisusedtocomputeprocess-inducedresidualstressofthelaminatedcomposite.Interfaceformationprocessbetweenthefiberandthematrixinthelongitudinaldirectionofcompositesisdescribedbyuser-definedexponentialfunctionandconsideredinthenumericalmodel.Numericalresultsshowthatthepredictionismoreaccurateinthelongitudinaldirectionofcompositeswhentheinterfaceformationprocessbetweenthefiberandthematrixisconsidered,whichhasbeenconfirmedinthetest.
