Thispaperdiscussedhowtosetupaninjectionmodelofinjectionmoldingmachineandsettheinjectionpressurebyakindofengineeringexperiment,torealizethesettingofinjectionvelocityclassificationparameters.SetmodelcurveofMoldFillingaccordingtothephysicsprocessofMoldFillingandusecomputerstosolvemodelcurveinordertoobtaintheclassificationinjectionpressureandvelocity.Thismethodcanobtaintheinjectionvelocityclassificationparametersbutneednottosetupaccuratemathematicalmodel,speciallybesuitableforsettinguptheinjectionparametersautomaticallywheninstallingdieininjectionmoldingmachine.
