Herein,functionalamphiphilicnanosheetswereproducedviabulkself-assemblyandcrosslinkingofpoly(glycidylmethacrylate)-block-polystyrene(PGMA-b-PS)andthendispersedintoluene.Theseamphiphilicdispersednanosheetscouldbeusedasnanocontainerstoloaddifferenthydrophilicdyesinorganicsolution.ThePGMA-b-PSblockcopolymersweresynthesizedbyreversibleaddition-fragmentationchaintransfer(RAFT)polymerizationprocedure.Lamellamorphologycouldbeobtainedthroughbulkself-assemblywhichwasprovedbysmall-angleX-rayscattering(SAXS).TheepoxygroupsinthePGMAdomainswerecrosslinkedbyethylenediamine(EDA),whilethecoreswerefunctionalized,andthenthebulkmaterialsweredispersedintotoluenetogeneratenanosheets.Aftertheprotonationoftheaminesinthecores,thedispersednanosheetswithhydrophiliccoresandhydrophobicPShairscouldbeobtained.Furthermore,theycouldalsobeappliedasnanoreactorsandmayhavedifferentcharacteristicsbecausetheuniquemorphology.
