Thedomainstructureandshearviscosityofaphase-separatedpolybutadiene/lowvinylcontentpolyisopreneblendhavebeeninvestigatedbyin-situshearlightscatteringandopticalmicroscopytechniquescombinedwithrheometryinordertoestablishthestructure-viscosityrelationshipinthetransientandsteadyshearflow.Understeadyshearflow,theshear-inducedstructurescanbeeitherthenearlysphericaldroplets,thepartiallyinterconnecteddomains,orthetypicalstring-likedomainswithorwithoutblurredinterface,dependingontheshearrate.Consequently,arathernon-linearfluidbehaviorisobserved.
