Polymericmicelleswithtunablechannels(PMTC)havebeenpreparedwithtwokindsofdiblockcopolymersandusedforibuprofencontrolled-releaseandprotectiveeffectsofpolypeptide,respectively.PMTCcouldeffectivelycontrolthereleaserateofibuprofenandavoiditsburstdiffusion.Also,itcouldprotectencapsulatedpolypeptidefromdegradationagainsttrypsinandtransporttheoralpolypeptidethroughgastrointestinaltractintocirculationsystem.Herein,PMTCholdgreatpotentialapplicationsforcontrolledreleaseandoraldeliveryofdrugs.
