摘要:本发明提供了一种压敏胶组合物,包括以下重量份的组分:基体树脂40~75份;增粘剂15~50份;润滑剂1~5份;分散剂5~25份;所述基体树脂为氯磺化聚丙撑碳酸酯。本发明由于氯磺化聚丙撑碳酸酯是可完全生物降解的,所选增粘剂,润滑剂以及分散剂也为环保无污染,制备得到的压敏胶也具有生物可完全降解的特点。本发明利用可完全生物降解的氯磺化聚丙撑碳酸酯与增粘剂、润滑剂、分散剂共混,制备得到可完全生物降解的压敏胶。并且通过调控氯磺化聚丙撑碳酸酯与增粘剂、润滑剂、分散剂的比例和共混温度,共混时间得到不同拉伸剪切强度和剥离强度的压敏胶。
Abstract: The present invention provides a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40–75 parts of base resin, 15–50 parts of tackifier, 1–5 parts of lubricant, and 5–25 parts of dispersant. The base resin is chlorosulfonated poly(propylene carbonate) (CSPPC).Since chlorosulfonated poly(propylene carbonate) is fully biodegradable, and the selected tackifiers, lubricants and dispersants are also eco-friendly and pollution-free, the prepared pressure-sensitive adhesive features complete biodegradability. In the invention, fully biodegradable chlorosulfonated poly(propylene carbonate) is blended with tackifier, lubricant and dispersant to fabricate the fully biodegradable pressure-sensitive adhesive. Moreover, pressure-sensitive adhesives with different tensile shear strengths and peel strengths can be obtained by adjusting the proportion of chlorosulfonated poly(propylene carbonate) to tackifier, lubricant and dispersant, as well as the blending temperature and blending duration.
