摘要:本发明提供了一种热熔胶组合物,包括以下组分:基体树脂25wt%~75wt%;增粘剂10wt%~55wt%;粘度调节剂0~50wt%;填料0~30wt%;抗氧剂0~3wt%;所述基体树脂为氯化聚丙撑碳酸酯。本发明提供的热熔胶组合物以氯化聚丙撑碳酸酯为基体树脂,所述氯化聚丙撑碳酸酯具有良好的粘附性、浸润性、极性及生物降解性,制备的热熔胶组合物可以广泛应用于各种金属和非金属的粘结,如纸、织物、塑料薄膜、金属箔等材料的粘结复合。与现有技术相比,本发明提供的热熔胶组合物粘结效果好,并且制备过程中不使用乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,大大降低了成本。

Abstract:The present invention provides a hot melt adhesive composition, which comprises the following components: 25 wt% to 75 wt% of base resin, 10 wt% to 55 wt% of tackifier, 0 to 50 wt% of viscosity modifier, 0 to 30 wt% of filler, and 0 to 3 wt% of antioxidant. The base resin is chlorinated poly(propylene carbonate).The hot melt adhesive composition provided by the invention adopts chlorinated poly(propylene carbonate) as the base resin. Chlorinated poly(propylene carbonate) possesses favorable adhesion, wettability, polarity and biodegradability. The prepared hot melt adhesive composition can be widely used for bonding various metallic and non-metallic materials, such as lamination and bonding of paper, fabrics, plastic films, metal foils and other substrates.Compared with the prior art, the hot melt adhesive composition of the invention delivers excellent bonding performance. Meanwhile, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is not adopted during preparation, which greatly reduces production costs.
