摘要:本实用新型提供了一种气固相氯化的装置,包括:回转罐体;所述回转罐体的内壁上设置有第一挡料环与第二挡料环;所述回转罐体的罐壁设置有夹层;加热装置;所述加热装置与回转罐体的夹层相连通;氯气罐;所述氯气罐与回转罐体相连通;待氯化原料罐;所述待氯化原料罐与回转罐体相连通。与现有技术相比,本实用新型在回转罐体的内部加装挡料环,可保证物料不顺罐壁流下,而使物料呈瀑布般流下,以确保所有物料与氯气充分接触而发生反应,同时也因物料处于动态,使整个回转罐体内温度保持均衡,提高了物料的氯化度与氯化均匀性,同时还缩短了反应时间,且该装置结构及工艺简单、易操作。
Abstract:The utility model provides a gas-solid phase chlorination device, which comprises a rotary tank body. A first material baffle ring and a second material baffle ring are arranged on the inner wall of the rotary tank body; a jacket is arranged on the tank wall of the rotary tank body. The device further includes a heating device communicated with the jacket of the rotary tank body, a chlorine gas tank communicated with the rotary tank body, and a raw material tank for materials to be chlorinated which is also communicated with the rotary tank body.Compared with the prior art, material baffle rings are installed inside the rotary tank body in this utility model, which prevents materials from sliding down along the tank wall and makes the materials flow down in a waterfall shape. This ensures full contact and sufficient reaction between all materials and chlorine gas. Meanwhile, the dynamic flow state of materials keeps the temperature uniform inside the whole rotary tank, improving the chlorination degree and chlorination uniformity of materials, and shortening the reaction time. In addition, the device has a simple structure and process, and is easy to operate.
