摘要:本发明提供一种耐低温高强度聚乙烯材料,包括以下质量分数的制备原料:聚乙烯:70~90%,增韧剂:5~14%,增塑剂:5~14%,抗氧剂:0.1~1%,紫外吸收剂:0.1~0.2%,填料:0~10%,润滑剂:0~1%;所述增韧剂为氢化苯乙烯?丁二烯嵌段共聚物和/或氢化苯乙烯异戊二烯共聚物;所述增塑剂为矿物油或导热油。本发明将SEBS与矿物油如白油共混,共同对聚合物进行增韧改性,所制得材料在?45℃的极低温度下,仍保持大于80KJ/m2的抗冲强度。并且,生产设备简单,在单螺杆和双螺杆挤出机上均可完成制备。本发明还提供了一种耐低温高强度聚乙烯材料的制备方法。
Abstract:The present invention provides a low-temperature resistant high-strength polyethylene material. The raw materials for preparation comprise the following mass fractions: 70–90% polyethylene, 5–14% toughener, 5–14% plasticizer, 0.1–1% antioxidant, 0.1–0.2% UV absorber, 0–10% filler, and 0–1% lubricant. The toughener is hydrogenated styrene-butadiene block copolymer and/or hydrogenated styrene-isoprene copolymer; the plasticizer is mineral oil or heat conduction oil.In the invention, SEBS is blended with mineral oil such as white oil to synergistically toughen and modify the polymer. The resulting material maintains an impact strength higher than 80 kJ/m2 at an extremely low temperature of ?45 °C. In addition, the manufacturing equipment is simple, and the preparation process can be realized on both single-screw and twin-screw extruders. The invention also provides a preparation method for the low-temperature resistant high-strength polyethylene material.
