摘要:本申请提供了一种抗生物污染材料及其制备方法,所述抗生物污染材料包括:基底和两端接枝在所述基底表面的双端基亲水聚合物;所述双端基亲水聚合物的两个端基独立地选自巯基、氨基、NHS-、羧基或磺酸基。本发明将双端基亲水聚合物分子链的两端同时固定到基底表面,不仅能有效提高亲水物质分子链的表面覆盖率,而且能有效增大基底表面聚合物的粘弹性。在本发明中,一方面相互交叉的环状构象表面可以抵抗蛋白尤其是纤维蛋白的插入,进而有效抑制蛋白质的吸附;另一方面形成的环状亲水聚合物层也可以降低水接触角,能抑制细菌的粘附,防止生物膜的形成。因此,本发明提供的抗生物污染材料能实现低蛋白质吸附和抑制细菌粘附。

Abstract:The present application provides an anti-biofouling material and a preparation method thereof. The anti-biofouling material comprises a substrate and dual-terminal hydrophilic polymers with both ends grafted onto the surface of the substrate. The two terminal groups of the dual-terminal hydrophilic polymer are each independently selected from thiol groups, amino groups, NHS active ester groups, carboxyl groups and sulfonic acid groups.In the present invention, both ends of each dual-terminal hydrophilic polymer chain are immobilized on the substrate surface simultaneously. This not only effectively raises the surface coverage of hydrophilic polymer chains, but also significantly increases the viscoelasticity of the polymer layer on the substrate surface. On one hand, the interlaced loop-structured surface prevents the penetration of proteins, especially fibrin, thereby efficiently inhibiting protein adsorption. On the other hand, the formed loop-shaped hydrophilic polymer layer reduces the water contact angle and suppresses bacterial adhesion to avoid biofilm formation. Accordingly, the anti-biofouling material provided by the invention achieves low protein adsorption and bacterial adhesion inhibition.
