摘要:本发明提供了一种聚丙撑碳酸酯扩链共聚物的制备方法,包括:氯化聚丙撑碳酸酯和聚酯在扩链剂的作用下,发生扩链反应,得到聚丙撑碳酸酯扩链共聚物;所述聚酯包括聚乳酸或聚己内酯;所述扩链剂为二异氰酸酯。本发明利用二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯将聚乳酸扩链到氯化聚丙撑碳酸酯上,使其具有了一部分聚乳酸的性质即聚乳酸的结晶性质,得到了一种新的共聚物,从而改善了聚丙撑碳酸酯热稳定性。

Abstract:The present invention provides a preparation method of poly(propylene carbonate) chain-extended copolymers, which comprises carrying out a chain extension reaction between chlorinated poly(propylene carbonate) and polyester in the presence of a chain extender to obtain the poly(propylene carbonate) chain-extended copolymer. The polyester includes polylactic acid or polycaprolactone, and the chain extender is diisocyanate.In the invention, diphenylmethane diisocyanate is adopted to graft polylactic acid onto chlorinated poly(propylene carbonate) via chain extension, so the obtained novel copolymer partially inherits the crystalline property of polylactic acid, and the thermal stability of poly(propylene carbonate) is therefore improved.
