摘要:本发明提供了一种SEBS基粒料、其制备方法、输液器用挤出膜及输液器。本发明提供的SEBS基粒料,由包括以下重量份的原料经共混、造粒制得:50~100份SEBS;0~40份多巴胺;0~40份SEBS?g?Ma;2~30份维生素E基化合物;所述维生素E基化合物选自维生素E和维生素E衍生物中的一种或几种;所述多巴胺与SEBS?g?Ma的含量不同时为0。本发明以SEBS为基料,与多巴胺、SEBS?g?Ma和维生素E基化合物以一定比例搭配制得粒料,所得材料能够有效抑制丁苯酞的吸附,改善SEBS输液器对丁苯酞吸附现象;另外,本发明粒料成分简单、无需各种复杂的助剂,成本低,也避免了与药物产生副反应的风险。

Abstract:The present invention provides an SEBS-based pellet, a preparation method thereof, an extruded film for infusion apparatuses, and an infusion apparatus. The SEBS-based pellet of the invention is prepared by blending and granulating raw materials comprising the following parts by weight: 50–100 parts SEBS, 0–40 parts dopamine, 0–40 parts SEBS-g-MA, and 2–30 parts vitamin E-based compound. The vitamin E-based compound is selected from one or more of vitamin E and vitamin E derivatives. The contents of dopamine and SEBS-g-MA cannot both be zero.The pellet is prepared by using SEBS as the base material blended with dopamine, SEBS-g-MA and vitamin E-based compound in specific proportions. The resulting material can effectively inhibit the adsorption of butylphthalide and mitigate the adsorption of butylphthalide by SEBS infusion devices. In addition, the pellet has a simple composition without complicated auxiliary agents, which reduces production costs and avoids the risk of side reactions with pharmaceutical drugs.
