摘要:本发明提供了一种SEBS基复合膜、其制备方法及输液器。本发明提供的SEBS基复合膜包括:SEBS基材层;复合于所述SEBS基材层表面的聚多巴胺层;复合于所述多巴胺层表面的类维生素E层;形成所述类维生素E层的原料选自维生素E衍生物中的一种或几种。本发明在SEBS基材膜层的表面依次设置聚多巴胺层和类维生素E层,所得材料能够有效抑制丁苯酞的吸附,极大改善了SEBS输液器对丁苯酞吸附现象,不仅可以提高药物利用率还可以减轻患者经济负担;另外,本发明提供的SEBS基复合膜组成简单、无需各种复杂的助剂,成本低,也避免了与药物产生副反应的风险。

Abstract:The present invention provides an SEBS-based composite film, a preparation method thereof, and an infusion apparatus containing the same. The SEBS-based composite film of the invention comprises an SEBS substrate layer, a polydopamine layer compounded on the surface of the SEBS substrate layer, and a vitamin E-like layer compounded on the surface of the polydopamine layer. Raw materials for forming the vitamin E-like layer are selected from one or more vitamin E derivatives.According to the invention, a polydopamine layer and a vitamin E-like layer are sequentially arranged on the surface of the SEBS substrate film. The obtained material can effectively inhibit the adsorption of butylphthalide and greatly reduce the butylphthalide adsorption phenomenon of SEBS infusion apparatuses. This not only improves drug utilization rate but also reduces patients'' financial burden. In addition, the SEBS-based composite film provided by the invention has a simple composition without various complicated auxiliary agents, which lowers the production cost and avoids the risk of side reactions with drugs.
