TheaimofthisstudywastoinvestigatethecytotoxicityandcellularuptakeofmPEG-PLGA-PLLnanoparticles.ThemPEG-PLGA-PLLnanoparticleswerepreparedby“oil-in-water”solventevaporationmethod.ThecytotoxicityandcellularuptakeofmPEG-PLGA-PLLnanoparticleswereevaluatedbyMTTassayandConfocalLaserScanningMicroscopy(CLSM).WefoundthatmPEG-PLGA-PLLnanoparticlesshowedneglectablecytotoxicity,andtheuptakennanoparticlesweremainlylocalizedincytoplasm.
