中国国家知识产权局(原中国专利局)
国家知识产权局，原名中华人民共和国专利局（简称中国专利局）。1980年经国务院批准成立。1998年国务院机构改革，中国专利局更名为国家知识产权局，成为国务院的直属机构，主管专利工作和统筹协调涉外知识产权事宜。国家知识产权局专利局为国家知识产权局下属事业单位。根据受理专利申请业务的需要，国家知识产权局在沈阳、济南、长沙、南京、成都、上海等城市设有9个代办处。同时，还指定中国科学院微生物研究所普通微生物保藏中心和武汉大学中国典型培养物保藏中心。
