At present, it is mainly engaged in technical research and new product research and development in the field of agricultural product processing and by-product resource development and utilization.

Main research interests:

1. Interaction of food colloids and biomacromolecules and their nutritional and functional characteristics;

2. Exploration and application of fresh-keeping technology of edible film packaging based on functional components of food;

3. Micro and nano processing of agricultural products and food resources (micro tea powder, etc.) utilization;

4. Research, development and industrialization of edible straw and seasoning bag for instant noodles.
