复旦大学高分子科学系陈国颂-江明课题组最近几年关注通过小分子参与的非共价相互作用调控蛋白质自组装,陆续获得了规整的蛋白质框架晶体和微米管等纳米结构。这一研究成果是她们与德国海姆霍兹柏林材料与能源研究所 (HZB) Matthias Ballauff教授和陆琰教授等经密切协作而得,已有合作文章发表。
为了进一步理解上述组装过程的机理,两课题组决定联合聘请一位博士后,从事此蛋白质自组装过程的理论研究。拟采用计算机模拟,理解组装进程中的热量变化,从而分析组装中多种非共价相互作用的协同贡献,并进一步对组装结果进行预测。希望候选者具有软物质和分子动力学模拟方面的知识背景。该工作将主要在复旦大学完成,期间将赴德方进行每年一个月的学习交流。博士后研究期间的待遇参照聚合物分子工程国家重点实验室和复旦大学高分子系近年的标准,即税前年薪18-20万,并享有其它相关优惠政策。请感兴趣的同学发简历到guosong@fudan.edu.cn。
A joint postdoctoral position from Macromolecular Science Department, Fudan University and Helmholtz Zentrum Berlin für Materialien und Energie.
The research group led by Guosong Chen and Ming Jiang at Department of Macromolecular Science, Fudan University in recent years has focused on protein assembly by the aid of its interactions with well-designed small molecules. They obtained highly ordered structures of protein crystalline frameworks and microtubules. These results were achieved via their tight collaboration with Profs. Matthias Ballauff and Yan Lu from Helmholtz Zentrum Berlin für Materialien und Energie (HZB). Our joint papers have been published in high-level peer-reviewed journals. To deepen our understanding in the mechanism of these unique protein assembly processes, we expect to have a postdoctor working with us to perform theory study on this system. We plan to utilize computer simulation to understand the heat change of the process, then further analysis the cooperative effects of different non-covalent interactions and finally to predict assembly results. We are looking for a young person who has a passion for this type of research with background of soft matter and molecular simulation. The work will be mainly performed at Fudan University with one-month working visits per year to HZB. The pre-tax salary will be around 180,000-200,000 yuan per year, following the recent criteria made by State Key Laboratory of Molecular Engineering of Polymers and department of Macromolecular Science, Fudan University.
