张勇老师简介：

Dr. Yong Zhang: Professor in Department of Bioengineering, National University of Singapore (NUS), senior Faculty member of NUS Nanoscience & Nanotechnology Initiative and NUS Graduate School for Integrative Sciences and Engineering. He has been a research scientist in National Institute of Biomedical Engineering (Portugal), University of Washington, and PNNL/UW Joint Institute for Nanoscience. 
His current research interests include nanobiophotonics, nanomedicine, biomedical microdevices, and tissue engineering. He has published over 200 journal and conference papers on journals such as Nature Medicine, Nature Communications and PNAS, a number of book chapters and patents.
He is in the editorial board of more than 15 peer reviewed international journals and has received research awards such as IES PrestigiousEngineering Achievement Award, NUS Young Investigator Award, and DAAD Scholarship.
He has been identified by the Thomson Reuters in 2012 as a highly cited researcher.
