In the past few years, the boundary conditions for product development have changed considerably too. Nowadays, not only a product of maximum functionality and quality
is required. Additional commercial factors influence these requirements which in turn necessitate us changing our development procedures and structures. Developers are
additionally expected to develop products at the lowest possible cost with very short lead times and to use a fast,safe and inexpensive method in the process. It is there fore necessary to adapt development procedures to the changed boundary conditions and to develop new, suitable strategies to accelerate the product development process. The development of complex systems or components for whose planning, design, simulation and industrialization the close co-operation of various fields of science and knowledge is required, belongs to the most important tasks of Forschungsdienste KG. |
