Qu Zhou was born in Sichuan Province, China, in December 1983. He received his B.Sc. degree in Biomedical Engineering and Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Chongqing University, China, in

2007 and 2014, respectively. Currently, he is an Associate Professor in College of Engineering and Technology at Southwest University. His main research interests include high-voltage technology, insulation online monitoring, fault diagnosis, and condition-based maintenance of power equipment, and synthesis, characterization and applied of semiconductor gas sensors.
