Keli Zhong, male, was born in 1978, graduated from Yanbian University of Jilin in June 2011, received a doctor’s degree of science. In 2008, he went to supramolecular assembly research institute of Yonsei University to study. He won the best paper award from "the Seventh Session of Graduate Academic Activities of Yanbian University" in 2008, and "Samsung scholarship" from Yanbian University in 2009. He obtained "excellent graduate student" in 2011, and "excellent doctorate dissertation" from Yanbian University in 2012. He was supported by the Program for Liaoning Excellent Talents in University in 2014 (the second level). He is an associate professor of Bohai University and master tutor of organic chemistry.

Main research direction is synthesis, self-assembly, recognition and performance of functional supramolecular compounds, Synthesis and recognition performance of fluorescent probe molecule and the development of preservation material based on chemical modification chitosan.

He presided a project from the National Natural Science Foundation of China entitled "Synthesis, Self-assembly and Property of Molecules Based on Pyrene Conjugated System"(No.21304009，2014-2017), and a project from Program for Liaoning Excellent Talents in University (No.LJQ2014125，2014-2017).

He has published more than 40 papers at Chemical journals of a certain influence, such as Soft Matter, RSC Advances, Journal of Polymer Science Part A: Polymer Chemistry, Polymer International, Macromolecular Research, Journal of Applied Polymer Science, European Polymer Journal and so on. He has published more than 50 papers as the first author or corresponding author and there are 20 papers by covered SCI. In addition, he has published a monograph and applied for 8 patents, five of which was authorized.
