Jin Wang obtained her PhD from Nanyang Technological University (NTU, Singapore). Dr Wang continued serving as a Research Fellow at NTU from 2016 to 2018. She is currently a professor at Nanjing Tech University since 2018. Dr Wang’s research group (Laboratory for Energy Storage & Conversion) focuses on the field of energy storage and conversion materials: novel electrodes and novel separators for advanced batteries (Li/Na/K/Zn-ion batteries, Li-S batteries); rate performance, cyclability, structure stability, processing-structure-property relation in functional materials and combining ab initio computation with advanced characterization experiments for rational materials design for energy applications. Dr Wang has published >50 journal articles with H-index of 31 and citations more than 6,600 (Research ID: D-1309-2013，ORCID: 0000-0002-1594-8457). Dr Wang served as Guest Editor for the journal Frontier Materials Chemistry. She was honored with the EMRS Young Scientist Award (2015) and 2015 Chinese Government Award for Outstanding Self-Financed Students.
