The research group is recruiting multiple research assistants, postdoctoral fellows, and master''s and doctoral students.
Recruitment requirements:
-The recruitment direction includes organic chemistry, supramolecular chemistry, polymer chemistry, and physics.
-Strong interest in research on supramolecular, polymer, and functional materials, with a solid background in basic research.
-Applicants for postdoctoral positions should be recent Ph.D. graduates with research experience in organic chemistry, polymer chemistry, or supramolecular chemistry, and demonstrate excellent experimental and theoretical backgrounds. Candidates with experience in organic synthesis are preferred.
-Applicants for research assistant, master''s, and doctoral positions should have a certain level of independent research ability and strong communication and collaboration skills.
-Proactive, hardworking, and able to handle challenges.
Research directions:
- Controlled synthesis and functionalization of hyperbranched polymers: Design and construction of structurally controlled hyperbranched polymers, particularly the utilization of supramolecular approaches (such as hydrogen bonding, host-guest interactions) to create functional hyperbranched polymers, and investigation of their dynamic formation process and structure.
-Controlled synthesis and assembly of supramolecular polymers: Controlled construction of fluorescent-enhanced dendritic supramolecular polymers and their assemblies; structural design of novel supramolecular monomers with chiral luminescent properties and research on their polymerization mechanisms.
-Controlled construction and application of supramolecular functional materials mediated by cation-π interactions: Utilization of cation-π interactions as driving forces to construct structurally controlled two-dimensional and three-dimensional supramolecular polymers, and research on their applications in adsorption, optoelectronics, biomedical, and anti-counterfeiting fields.
Learning,research, working conditions, and benefits:
-The laboratory provides necessary research and experimental equipment.
-The laboratory offers sufficient research funding.
-For postdoctoral positions, our laboratory provides the most competitive salary
package. If interested, salary can be negotiated during the interview.
