【简介】 Chemistry at Sussex has an excellent reputation for research, being rated 5 in the last two of the government's Research Assessment Excercises and they include two Nobel Laureates, Professor Sir Harry Kroto and Emeritus Professor John Warcup Cornforth, amongst their staff. Their research interests cover a broad range of activities from organometallic chemistry through to polymer science and medicinal chemistry, frequently of an interdiscplinary nature.
They offer a range of undergraduate Chemistry programmes, as well as taught and research postgraduate degrees.
