Vermont Coatings Offers New Zero-VOC Wood Tints
Vermont Natural Coatings (Hardwick, Vt.) announced the introduction of the Woodtone Series Concentrated Tints, described as an environmentally friendly, complete water-borne color system for wood finishes.
The products are based on the company’s PolyWhey® technology, with zero VOC content and no flash point. The tints are reported to mix quickly and offer superior colorfastness, ensuring consistent tone throughout the project, the company said.
The tints are described as color rich and fade resistant, and are offered in a variety of tones, including Golden Oak, Cherry, Cordovan, Oil Tone, Dark Walnut, Early American, Ebony, and Fruitwood.
