Silicon resin is widely used in heat-resisting coating. As the developing of industrial technology, better thermostability is declaired. One important way to improve such property lies in introducing rigid group into polymer moleculars. In this work, we synthesed a bridged monomer, and obtained modyfied SiO2 particles containing 1,4-phenylene. The structure characterization and thermal analysis have been realized. The results show 1,4-phenylene has been combined with backbones of polymer, and the product presents a acceptable thermostability. That suggests the hybrid resin should be used in heat-resisting coatings. |
