Four different types of spherulites of microcrystalline cellulose were prepared using vapor precipitation with proper humidity at various temperatures from concentrated microcrystalline cellulose/1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride solutions.
本文通过蒸汽沉淀法在纤维素/离子液体浓溶液中成功制备出了纤维素球晶,并通过偏光显微镜、扫描电镜和X射线衍射对球晶形貌和结构进行了深入研究。偏光显微镜结果表明,在不同浓度和温度下,可以生成四种不同的球晶:环带正球晶、环带负球晶、非环带正球晶和非环带负球晶。环带球晶的环间距和球晶尺寸随着结晶温度的升高而增加,同时所有球晶的大小都随溶液浓度的的增加而增加,表明浓度影响着纤维素分子链的重排从而决定了球晶正负,而温度影响了片晶的扭曲从而决定了环带球晶的生成。扫描电镜结果表明正负环带球晶是由于球晶生长过程中片晶扭曲的方向不同而造成的,而非环带球晶则成明显的捆束状结构。X射线衍射结果表明,所得四种纤维素球晶均为纤维素II晶型,且衍射强度比快速沉淀法制备的再生纤维素大大增强,特征衍射峰也变得更加尖锐。
