In thisstudy,macroscopicpolyamide66(PA66)nanofiber bundlesweresuccessfullyelectrospunusing
two electrodepinsascollector.Oneofthepinscanrotatewithaspeedof300rpm.Scanningelectron
microscope, tensiletest,wide-angleX-raydiffractionanddifferentialscanningcalorimetrywere
employedtocharacterizethearrangementofelectrospunnanofibers inbundle,tensilepropertyand
microstructureofelectrospunnanofiber bundles.Resultsshowthatthecollectorpin''srotatingspeednot
only significantly influences thearrangementofnanofibers inbundlebutalsothecrystallinityand
porosity ofnanofiber bundles,whichfurtherinfluence thetensilestrengthandfailurestrainofnanofiber
bundles.
