袭琳清，男，2000年6月生，山东济南人，2022年毕业于聊城大学机械设计制造及其自动化专业，获得学士学位；2025年毕业于集美大学机械工程专业，获得硕士学位。现为中国石油大学（华东）2025级博士研究生，从事微纳材料与先进传感器、微纳传感技术与微系统、检测技术与自动化装置、测试计量技术及仪器等研究。
