张立法，男，1999年9月生，山东德州人，2022年毕业于临沂大学机械电子工程专业，获学士学位。现为中国石油大学（华东）电子信息专业2023级硕士研究生，从事微纳材料与先进传感器、检测技术与自动化装置、测试计量技术及仪器等研究。
