刘文哲，女，2000年10月生，陕西延安人，2022年毕业于中国石油大学（华东）自动化专业，获学士学位。现为中国石油大学（华东）电子信息专业2022级硕士研究生，从事微纳材料与先进传感器、检测技术与自动化装置、测试计量技术及仪器等研究。
