栾惠新，女，1997年7月生，山东烟台人，2020年毕业于青岛理工大学自动化专业，获学士学位。现为中国石油大学（华东）电子信息专业2020级硕士研究生，从事微纳材料与先进传感器、检测技术与自动化装置、测试计量技术及仪器等研究。2023年6月毕业后就职于山东省青岛市海信集团。
