不同拓扑结构和化学结构的高分子微球具有不同的物理化学特性与功能。本文介绍了功能高分子微球的设计、制备、与表征;总结了高分子微球作为功能性组份与质子传导性聚合物膜进行共混而制备了复合膜,作为质子交换膜的应用性能方面的研究进展,解决了质子交换膜的阻醇性能差和质子传递率低的关键问题。通过功能性高分子微球分散于质子传导性聚合物膜基质中,使得复合膜不但具有高的甲醇阻透性能,而且在低湿度下具有良好的保水性能,从而在质子传递性能方面发挥着重要作用。
Polymer
microspheres with different morphology and structure have various physico-chemical
properties and functions. The design, synthesis and characterization of the
functional polymer microspheres is briefly introduced. This paper summarizes
the research progress on design, synthesis, characterization and application of
the functional polymer microspheres incorporated proton exchange membrane for
fuel cell. The resultant composite proton exchange membranes exhibit high
proton conductivity, good methanol barrier property due to their high uptake
and good water retention under low humidity.
