The 243rd ACS National Meeting & Exposition supported by American Chemical Society, was held March 25—March 29, 2012 in San Deigo, California, America. More than 14000 attendees from all disciplines of chemistry attended this five-day scientific meeting.
Prof Guang YANG from Huazhong University of Sci & Tech was invited to the meeting and in Division of Cellulose and Renewable Materials gave her lecture of “Controllable Bio-fabrication based on Microbes：From Microbes to Functional Materials” .
PhD candidate Lina FU gave her oral presentation of “Evaluation of skin tissue repair materials from bacterial cellulose” in Division of Cellulose and Renewable Materials.
PhD candidate Zhijun SHI gave his oral presentation of “In situ nano-assembly of bacterial cellulose/conductive polymer composites” in Division of Polymeric Materials Science and Engineering.
PhD candidate Xiuli CHEN gave her oral presentation of “Fabrication of the intelligent responsive nano-cellulose whisker” in Division of Polymeric Materials Science and Engineering.
