Prof. Yang Guang Visited universities in European
April 2013, the Manager Xu of L''Oreal company in
Shanghai visited Prof.Yang’s group, and both conducted discussions on relevant
cooperation. On July 11, 2013,with the invitation from the headquarters of the L''Oreal
( Paris, France) , Prof. Yang and PhD Shi Xudian flied to Paris and started a
two-day visit. Prof. Yang gave a speech on Our Study Regarding Bacterial
Cellulose at the L''Oreal headquarters, and had a communication with the
project leader on relevant cooperation,fully exchanging their ideas and
reaching a preliminary consensus on
further cooperation.
July 14, 2013, with the invitation from Prof. Monika ,
the chairman of the M6 Conference, Prof. Yang went to Zweibrücken,
Germany to attend The Second International Conference on Advanced
Manufacturing of Multifunctional Micro-devices. This international conference
was chaired by Loughborough University(the UK), Huazhong University of Science
and Technology(China) , Advanced Institute of Applied Technology(AIST) in
Japan and Kaiserslautern University of
Applied Science (German), and 74 participants from six countries or territories
were invited to take part in the conference. The Chinese representatives
including Prof. Yang Guang , PhD Shi Xudian and PhD candidate Huang Yajia from
Institute of Life ( Huazhong University of Science and Technology ) attended
this conference , as well as Prof. Zhang Xianglin , Prof. Wu Shunfeng , Prof. Wu
Yiping and PhD Xia Weisheng from the School of Materials . During the conference,
the delegates conducted a discussion on the characterization and testing of the
multifunctional micro-materials, the optimization of the pivotal process and
the manufacturability and reliability of the pivotal issue, and made a report
on new discoveries and breakthroughs related to the basis of principle, in
material science, biology and electronic package manufacturing and process. After
the conference, Prof. Monika invited Prof. Yang to visit the laboratories and
teaching base of the University of Applied Sciences Kaiserslautern, German.
July 17, 2013 , with the invitation from Prof. An-Ping
Zeng,(the director of the Institute of Bio-processes and Bio-systems Engineering
of Hamburg University of Technology), Prof. Yang visited the University of
Hamburg. During the visiting, Prof. Yang delivered a report on Controllable
Bio-fabrication based on Microbes, and made a further communication on future
collaborative research with Prof. An-Ping Zeng.
July 19, 2013 , with the invitation from Prof. Reinhard
Lipowsky, Prof. Yang went to Max Planck Institute of Colloids and Interfaces ,
and made a report on Controllable Manipulation and Assembly of Living
Microbe: From Microbes to Functional Materials.
July 25, 2013, with the invitation from Prof. Cordt
Zollfrank, Prof. Yang visited the Cordt Zollfrank research group of Munich
University of Technology, delivered an academic lecture on Controllable
Manipulation and Assembly of Living Microbe: From Microbes to Functional
Materials, and reached a recommendations for future cooperation, and made a
further communication on future collaborative research .
