A dual stimuli responsive fluorescent probe carrier from a double hydrophilic block copolymer capped with β-cyclodextrin

A double hydrophilic block copolymer with β-cyclodextrin endgroupswas prepared via RAFT polymerization and click reaction. The micelle formation of the polymer has been investigated as a function of temperature and pH values. The release of the encapsulated fluorescent probe pyrene from the polymer can be controlledby variation of temperature and addition of adamantanyl-NH3Cl.
