Changes of Diamter of Lyocell Fibers Spinning Solution Flow in the Air-gap (in Chinese)-Liu Ruigang

In this paper, a method and the principle of diameter online measurement of spinning flow were introduced.With the He-Ne laser diffraction instument and single-fiber spinning device designed in our laboratory, the changes ofthe diameter of the Lyocell spinning flow in the air-gap were measured online. It shows that the diameters of the spinningflow decrease dramatically near the spinneret. LB and dE decrease with the spinning speed increasing. The formula of thechanges of the velocity and the stress of the spinning flow were deduced according to the experimental data. By regressionof the experimental data, the experimental equations of the diameter change in the air-gap were given at different spin-ning speed.
