Prof. Chung Tai-Shung (Department of Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering, National University of Singapore) visited our research group and delivered a lecture entitled as "Membranes for Water, Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Environmental Industries: Historical Development and Technology Challenges Ahead" in Department of Macromolecular Science, Fudan University.
Prof. Chung graduated from State University of New York at Buffalo in 1981. He had worked for Hoechst Celanese for 13 years in New Jersey and then joined NUS in 1995. His research strengths are in membranes for water, energy, gas separation, pharmaceutical and biomedical applications. He has more than 60 patents and published more than 270 international journal papers. Currently, he sits on the Editorial Boards of
