It has very important significance that research on the performance of poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) fibre, which is one of the numerous application fibre variety in industry fields. The non-isothermal crystallization process of poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) fibre were researched by the method of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and computer simulation. It was showed that the fitted error of activation energy E_d obtained from the reformed Ozawa equation and computer simulation was 0.048. And the fitted error of nucleation parameter was 0.033. The fitted error were both in confined of 10^-2.The research indicates that we can obtain the activation energy E_d and nucleation parameter  of PET by computer simulation.
