Three types of aqueous nano-sized antimony- doped tin oxide (ATO) dispersion were prepared by ballmilling, which includes untreated ATO, nonionic highmolecular surfactants modified ATO, and anionic/nonionic surfactants composite modified ATO. The stability of aqueous nano-sized ATO dispersion solution was characterized by zeta potential measurement, laser particle size analysis, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and steady-state sedimentation experiment. The results indicated that the aqueous ATO dispersion solution modified by the composite dispersant has optimal dispersion stability. When the mass ratio of anionic surfactant to nonionic high molecular surfactant is 1:2 and the amount of composite dispersant is 6% (mass fraction) by ATO, the stability of the aqueous ATO dispersion solution is the best.
