From November 14th to 17th, 2019, the research team went to Shanghai to participate in the 15th National Conference on Computational (Machine) Chemistry.

The conference was hosted by the Chinese Chemical Society, the Computer Chemistry Committee of the Chinese Chemical Society, Fudan University, and the Cancer Hospital of Fudan University; the State Key Laboratory of Genetic Engineering of Fudan University and the Human Phenotype Group Research Institute of Fudan University. Held in the lecture hall of Guanghua Building, Fuzhou University, Shanghai.

The theme of this conference is "Computational Chemistry and Precision Medicine Design", which was launched in parallel with the four sub-committees of chemometrics and bioinformatics, chemical informatics and molecular design, chemical theory calculation and process simulation, and precision drug design and precision medicine. It has been comprehensively demonstrated in recent years in China in the field of Computational (Machine) Chemistry. The latest progress and results, in-depth discussion of the opportunities, challenges and future directions. Prof. Leming Shi from Fudan University presided over the opening ceremony of the conference. Chairman of the Chinese Chemical Society''''s Computational (Machine) Chemistry Committee, Academician Hualiang Jiang from the Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Dr. Xianping Lu from Shenzhen Microcore Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Professor Xueguang Shao from Nankai University, Professor Zenghui Zhang from East China Normal University, Professor Hailong Wu from Hunan University, Professor Jianfeng Feng from Peking University, Professor Haibin Luo from Sun Yat-sen University, and Professor Shaomeng Wang of from University of Michigan in the United States gave a keynote speech, respectively. There are 8 plenary lectures, 82 invited reports, 53 oral reports and more than 150 posters. More than 600 researchers and students from all over the country attended the conference.

The conference also awarded the "Outstanding Contribution Award" and the "Young Computing Chemist Award" for the 2019 session of the Chinese Chemical Society. Professor Wu Hailong of Hunan University won the Outstanding Contribution Award. Prof. Jianfeng Feng from Peking University and Professor Luo Haibin from Sun Yat-sen University won the Young Computing Chemist Award.

Xinyan Wu and Yiyi Wang of the research group gave an oral report entitled " Empirical mode decomposition weight multi-scale support vector regression for quantitative analysis of visible spectrum of adulterated oil" and a poster report entitled "A double ensemble modeling methods for near-infrared spectroscopy quantitative analysis of complex samples”, respectively.
