通过亲核取代反应和溴代反应合成溴甲基型聚芳醚酮(BrPAEK), 通过调控实验参数,溴代程度可达1。然后用合成的乙烯基咪唑离子液体和乙烯基咪唑按一定比例通过自由基聚合,合成具有一定未反应咪唑浓度的聚离子液体(PIL)。通过溶液铺膜法,在高温下亲核性咪唑与溴甲基反应,咪唑被质子化,同时聚离子液体与聚芳醚酮发生交联,而这样的交联结构正是由疏水的聚芳醚酮和亲水的聚离子液体共同组成的。
